Whether you want to lose some weight, gain some muscle, improve your performance or just lead a healthy life, your success hinges on developing a solid foundation of mindset skills.

Actually, we’d go so far as to say your success or failure has little to do with nutrition and training, though they are still important (yep, that’s why we still have pages dedicated to them) and everything to do with your psychology.

Of course merely spending time in the gym, or diligently tracking what you eat doesn’t always translate to results, because you mind is a constant influence.

This isn’t to say that nutrition, training and recovery are important aspects to consider in any physical pursuit, that’s why we’re still giving you information on them.
