Everywhere you go people are telling you, if you want to lose weight, you HAVE to eat this, you HAVE to eat that, you HAVE to eat like this.
Low Carb Diets are the way to go!
No! Low Fat Diets are the way to go!
You're both crazy! Eat Paleo! Eat Atkins! Eat Vegan! Eat Primal!

religions/ tribes "diets" like give you a set of rules. These foods are good. Those foods are bad. Eat more of the good food and you may as well eat yourself into a coma if you ever eat any bad foods.
It creates a toxic relationship with food and results in most people either being 'on' or 'off' a diet. It's impossible for most people to stick with such a strict approach to eating in the long-term.
There is a better way.
The most important concept of any successful approach to eating is adherence. It's your ability to consistently apply eating skills (not rules) to average daily existance.
We'll show you how apply the right eating skills to you and your lifestyle in a way that will stick. Don't try to jam square pegs in round holes.
The real "diet" you should be eating is entirely individual to you, it needs to be, because though similar, we still have different needs. The only way to discover what works for you and what doesn't, is to learn skills.
Rather than focusing counting your calories, a prescribed meal plan, daily macronutrient ratios, or which supplements to take, what I'm about to show you, reveals the skills that make eating success easy.
